The Lamastus Family Estates is a legendary, multi-generational coffee-producing family based in Boquete, Panama, recognized for producing some of the world's highest-quality specialty coffee. This particular lot underwent Anaerobic Slow Dry processing, a method which creates flavours of exotic tropical fruits through fermentation without oxygen. Our careful light roast approach brings out notes of raspberry, mango candy and passion fruit, making it a delightfully fruity geisha for your enjoyment.
