About the coffee
This coffee was grown in Arbegona, a woreda in the Sidama Zone of Southern Ethiopia, one of the highest coffee-growing elevations in the country. Many farms here sit well above 2,000 metres, where cherries ripen slowly, holding onto more sugar and acidity compared to lower-grown coffee. This natural lot is a wonderful showcase of those qualities. Our medium roast brings out a nice, rounded body with a sweet profile of apricot, berries and vanilla.
