About the coffee
This lot comes from Ndiaini in the Nyeri highlands, a name that translates to “deepest part of the river”. Grown at high elevations in rich volcanic soils, ripe cherries are pulped, fermented, and washed in clean water, before being dried on raised beds under the sun, raked frequently to ensure even drying. In your cup, enjoy notes of lime, sugar cane and pomegranate.
