About the coffee
The Illubabor Forest variety is a disease-resistant variety that was found from an expedition into the Illubabor Forest in 1974, currently only cultivated in Gesha Village. These special micro-lots account for 15 percent of the production, displaying superior flavour attributes and excellent cup quality. Enjoy a fruit-forward cup with tasting notes of mango, white peach, white grape, and a floral aftertaste.
