About the coffee
True to its name, the cherries of Purple Caturra ripen to a deep purple colour. At Finca Monteblanco, all cherries harvested are measured for degrees Brix. The appropriate processing method is then designated based on its sugar content. This Purple Caturra lot underwent washed processing, the result is a clean, consistent coffee representative of the terroir of the farm. On black, enjoy notes of orange and roasted nuts; on white, you’ll get hints of apple and caramel in your cup.
