We recently hosted the inaugural Eighty Plus Rising Star Barista Championship at Good Coffee Festival, where 16 first-time competitors and emerging baristas took the challenge of presenting their coffee and concept on stage according to World Barista Championship rules and regulations.

80% Ethiopia Guji Ardent Natural
20% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Doora Washed
Isyraff used a blend of 80% fresh milk and 20% coconut milk to go with his espresso, bringing out notes of tropical fruits, coconut cookies and smooth milk chocolate. The espresso itself yields a citrus and yellow fruit profile.
