This seasonal blend is typically a combination of two Ethiopians which we strive to excite the senses from time to time. Yield: 30g
Time: 30 - 35 seconds (adjust grind size accordingly)
Water Temperature: 93 degrees

We normally use a 210ml cup, double shot for all our coffees.
