We recently hosted the inaugural Eighty Plus Rising Star Barista Championship at Good Coffee Festival, where 16 first-time competitors and emerging baristas took the challenge of presenting their coffee and concept on stage according to World Barista Championship rules and regulations.
It was amazing to see their passion and efforts come to life on stage, and we’re proud to present the Bronze SOE for you to try at home.

Samuel: “I chose these beans to share my barista journey. My first cup of coffee was a chocolatey, nutty latte; something comfortable, approachable, and easy to connect with. That experience inspired me to use these beans for my competition.
For the milk beverage course, I paired them with distilled milk. You can expect notes of milk chocolate and brown sugar milk tea, with a smooth, velvety texture.”
